About CCM

Built by Behavioral Health Operators, Not Career Recruiters

CCM Recruiting was founded in 2015 with one underlying philosophy:

Recruiting in behavioral health should be led by industry experts with real, hands-on experience, not generalist recruiters.

Behavioral health is too regulated, too nuanced, and too operationally fragile for transactional hiring models. CCM was built to bring insider expertise, execution discipline, and industry fluency to the most critical hiring moments organizations face.

Behavioral Health, Exclusively

From inception, CCM Recruiting has worked exclusively in behavioral health by supporting substance use treatment, mental health, and eating disorder organizations across residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care.

Headquartered in South Florida, the epicenter of the behavioral health industry, CCM operates at the center of the largest concentration of treatment providers, operators, investors, and industry talent in the country. This proximity isn’t incidental, it shapes our market intelligence, relationships, and execution speed.

We partner with:

All with one objective: placing talent that drives productivity, efficiency, stability, and growth.

Why CCM Exists

Most recruiting firms approach hiring as a transaction.

In behavioral health, hiring is an operational risk decision.

Failures show up later as:

CCM exists to prevent those outcomes by recruiting with a deep understanding of how behavioral health organizations actually function clinically, operationally, and financially.

Recruiting as Risk Management

CCM approaches recruiting the same way disciplined operators and investors approach capital:

We do not simply fill roles. We reduce execution risk.

The Team

Managing Partner

Dominic Cincogrono is a Managing Partner at CCM Recruiting and serves as one of the firm’s primary architects behind large-scale, high-complexity search engagements across the behavioral health sector. His work spans addiction treatment, mental health, eating disorder programs, gambling addiction services, and nonprofit behavioral health systems nationwide.

With a background in financial services and capital markets — including experience on the American Stock Exchange and work with AllianceBernstein, Northwestern Mutual, and AXA — Dominic approaches executive search with structural discipline and enterprise-level thinking. He evaluates talent through the lens of operational impact, scalability, and organizational durability.

Over the past decade in behavioral health, Dominic has led some of the largest and fastest-turnaround recruiting initiatives in the country. He directed the full staffing of a 250-bed detox and residential facility in the Northeast in under 60 days during its launch phase — building clinical, operational, and administrative infrastructure from the ground up. He also architected and executed the nationwide buildout of a business development team across 13 states for a multi-site addiction treatment provider, aligning growth strategy with field execution.

In another engagement, Dominic managed comprehensive recruiting efforts for a century-old Midwestern behavioral health nonprofit, supporting leadership and staff searches across approximately 80% of its locations. These initiatives required not only candidate sourcing at scale, but coordination across executive leadership, compliance oversight, and operational leadership in highly regulated environments.

Dominic grew up in Connecticut and earned his degree in International Business from The George Washington University. He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida. Known for his methodical approach, tenacity, and high-stakes execution capability, Dominic is often the point person on complex builds, large expansions, and organizational transformations.

Managing Partner

Matthew Cincogrono is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CCM Recruiting, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, client relationships, and complex search engagements across the behavioral health industry. He has worked exclusively in behavioral health since 2013 and is widely regarded for his deep industry knowledge, expansive network, and ability to execute under high-stakes conditions.

Over the past decade, Matthew has partnered directly and in consulting capacities with many of the largest national behavioral health providers in the country, supporting growth initiatives that span de novo launches, national expansion, and post-acquisition integration. His experience extends beyond recruiting alone, he brings a holistic understanding of how clinical operations, compliance, technology, marketing, and executive leadership intersect in highly regulated healthcare environments.

Matthew maintains trusted relationships at the highest levels of behavioral health organizations, including C-suite executives, clinical leadership, legal and compliance teams, marketing and growth leaders, and technical and engineering stakeholders. This cross-functional fluency allows CCM to operate as more than a search firm serving instead as a strategic talent partner aligned with long-term organizational and investment outcomes.

As a co-founder of CCM Recruiting, Matthew has helped build the firm into a specialized, industry-first recruiting platform known for discretion, speed, and execution quality. His work is driven by a belief that talent strategy is one of the most critical and often underestimated drivers of value creation in behavioral health.

Managing Partner

Michael Morresi is a Managing Partner at CCM Recruiting, where he leads senior-level search engagements across addiction treatment, mental health, and eating disorder organizations nationwide. With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, Michael brings both operational exposure and executive recruiting expertise to complex leadership searches in highly regulated care environments.

Before joining CCM in 2016, Michael worked directly inside treatment organizations, including Destination Hope, giving him firsthand experience with the realities of clinical operations, admissions pressure, census volatility, and compliance demands. That operator-side perspective informs his recruiting approach today. He understands not just what a résumé says, but what performance actually requires inside detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings.

Over the years, Michael has partnered with founder-led programs, multi-site platforms, and private equity-backed behavioral health providers to place executive directors, clinical leaders, revenue cycle executives, admissions leadership, and growth operators. His strength lies in identifying leaders who can stabilize teams, execute under pressure, and align with ownership strategy during periods of expansion or transition.

In addition to his professional experience, Michael is a person in long-term recovery, a perspective that deepens his understanding of the mission-driven nature of behavioral health work. He maintains long-standing relationships across clinical, operational, and executive leadership networks nationwide and is known for discretion, direct communication, and follow-through.

Michael resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife, Lindsay, and their son, Barrett. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors with his son, and staying connected with loved ones.
